Some of the regular questions that customers ask us regarding our products, delivery, assembly and planning.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In order to offer the vast range that we do as well as our made to measure service, all of our products are made to order specifically for you. Once we receive your order it will take between 3-8 weeks to manufacture (depending on season) and be dispatched. We will contact you before starting manufacture to confirm a suitable date.
Can I order the furniture today and specify when I want my order to be delivered?
Yes – When you place your order we will call you before processing it to arrange a date that you require your furniture.
How much does delivery cost?
For most customers, delivery will be free if your order exceeds £1499. For full explanation of any applicable delivery costs, you can read our Delivery Page.
Do you offer soft close hinges and drawers?
Yes - all of our doors and drawers are soft close as standard. We only use the best components in our furniture and back it up with our fantastic 15 year guarantee.
Will someone check my order after I place it?
Yes – a member of our team will go through your order before processing it and call you to go through any details and confirm an expected delivery date.
Can you deliver outside of mainland UK?
At the moment we only delivery within the mainland UK. Orders to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland, and other offshore islands can be delivered to shipping company of your choice, as long as they are based in the mainland.
Do you have a showroom that I can visit?
We don’t have a showroom, we offer free colour samples just head to our samples page or the bottom of any of our product pages to order them.
What warranty do I get with my furniture?
All of our furniture carries an industry leading 15 year warranty.
Can I order samples?
Yes – please see our samples page to order your free colour samples before ordering your new bedroom furniture
Do you do sliding wardrobes?
We do, launched in summer 2021 we now offer sliding door wardrobes. These are our open wardrobes, so you get full, high quality cabinetry, with sliding doors on tracks in front of them.
Do you do special sizes?
Yes! All rooms are different and because we make all of the furniture we sell we can produce it in almost any size you need!
Do I have to assemble the furniture?
Yes, because most bedroom furniture is bulky and many staircases go around corners we supply everything ready to assemble to allow you to get it into your desired room without worrying about damaging your walls or new furniture.
Do you do send someone out to measure my room?
No, in order for us to keep our prices as low as possible we are a supply-only manufacturer. This allows us to focus on making the furniture. Measuring is so easy to do yourself using our simple measuring guide, or you could ask your fitter to do it for you when they first come to visit you.
Can you help me plan my fitted furniture?
Absolutely! Just head to our bespoke enquiry form and one of our experts will be happy to help you plan your dream bedroom!
Do I need a fitter for my new furniture?
Our products are easy to assemble and install. However, for the best results if you are buying fitted wardrobes then we do suggest that you use a professional if you are not competent with DIY. Our other furniture such as chests of drawers, bedside tables and freestanding wardrobes are very easy to assemble and are perfect for almost everyone to assemble.
